How Where Is My Stuff?

Unfortunately, sometimes after a package leaves our hands it can be delayed, mis-routed, damaged, or, on rare occasion, cannot be found by the shipping carrier.

Here’s what to do if your package shows as delivered but you can’t find it:

  • Verify the Shipping Address from your order. Check for typos.
  • Look for a notice of attempted delivery on or near your door.
  • Check if the package was left with a family member, housemate or neighbor.
  • Check if the package was left on a back porch, behind a screen door, or in a mailbox.

If  none of these steps result in finding your package please contact us with the following information and we will launch an investigation with the carrier to help you find your package.

How Long Will My Oder Take To Arrive

Most orders arrive within 15 business days. In very rare instances orders could take longer depending on location and item availability.

Estimated Delivery:
–  Free Shipping: 15-30 business days.
–  Express Shipping: 5-14 business days.
–  We ship within 2-7 days after receiving cleared payment.

*  Orders are not shipped on the weekends or holidays.

International Buyer’s Note:
– All international orders may be subject to taxes and duties. Import duties, and taxes are charged by your government and are entirely separate from any shipping fees.
– Please check with country’s customs office to determine the additional cost before purchasing with us.

 

Can I Track My Order

At this time we do not have a system in place to track orders. We plan to change this in the future.

 

How Do I Cancel My Order

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately.  We process and ship orders quickly (we’re fast!).  Once we have processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.

 

What Is Your return policy

  • 30 days money back guarantee! Buyer pays return postage.
  •  Defective goods must be returned within 7 days from the delivery date. We will not reimburse the return shipping fee unless we have shipped the wrong item. By placing an order at KOKO KHAOS, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping back to us. Thank you!

 

Where is my order confirmation

As soon as your we receive your order, you will receive an email confirmation to the email address you entered on your order.  If for some reason, you did not receive an email, please check your spam folder and add orders@kokokhaos.com to your safe sender list.

 

Error message when I enter my shipping & billing address. What's going on?

If you are receiving an error message, there may be a problem with your credit card information, billing or shipping address. The billing address should match exactly what your bank has on file. Please review all information closely and look for any typos. Also, try re-formatting the names and addresses in your billing information (this often solves the issue).
